Collaborative learning.

Just watch this great TED talk with Sugata Mitra. Collaborative learning at its most powerful. Placing children at the heart of their learning. I think we can all learn a thing or two from him. I need to adopt his more open-ended approach and give the children the tools to find out. Do I need to get them to use the check list from last week or could I just ask them to look at the web-site and evaluate it? Would they use the check list? Would they find another set of criteria? Would it matter which criteria they used as long as they realised that the web-link I’ve given them is false? Only one way to find out…
